Sub-Accounts
Manage client workspaces and permissions.
Overview
Sub-accounts let you create separate workspaces for each of your clients. Each sub-account has its own agents, contacts, settings, and billing.
Creating a Sub-Account
Set up a new client workspace:
- 1Go to Clients > Sub Accounts
- 2Click 'Add Sub Account'
- 3Enter client business details
- 4Connect their GoHighLevel location
- 5Configure agents and permissions
- 6Invite the client to their dashboard
Sub-Account Features
Each sub-account includes:
- Dedicated AI agents
- Separate GHL connection
- Individual usage tracking
- Custom branding (white-label)
- Client portal access
- Isolated data and settings
