Sub-Accounts

Manage client workspaces and permissions.

Overview

Sub-accounts let you create separate workspaces for each of your clients. Each sub-account has its own agents, contacts, settings, and billing.

Creating a Sub-Account

Set up a new client workspace:

  1. 1Go to Clients > Sub Accounts
  2. 2Click 'Add Sub Account'
  3. 3Enter client business details
  4. 4Connect their GoHighLevel location
  5. 5Configure agents and permissions
  6. 6Invite the client to their dashboard

Sub-Account Features

Each sub-account includes:

  • Dedicated AI agents
  • Separate GHL connection
  • Individual usage tracking
  • Custom branding (white-label)
  • Client portal access
  • Isolated data and settings
