Overview
Contact tools let your agents interact with your GoHighLevel contact database. They can look up existing contacts, create new leads, and update contact information during conversations.
Search Contacts
Agents can search for contacts by:
- Phone number (most reliable)
- Email address
- First and last name
- Custom field values
Create Contacts
When creating new contacts, agents can capture:
- Name (first and last)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Any custom fields you've configured
- Tags for segmentation
- Notes about the conversation
