Support Widget

Embed a support chat widget for your clients.

Overview

The Support Widget lets your clients reach out for help directly from their dashboard. All messages appear in your Client Messages inbox.

Configuration

Set up the support widget:

  1. 1Go to Settings > Support Widget
  2. 2Customize the widget appearance
  3. 3Set business hours and auto-responses
  4. 4Enable or disable for specific sub-accounts
