Solutions to frequently encountered problems.

Agent Not Responding

If your agent isn't responding to calls:

  • Check that the agent is set to 'Active'
  • Verify the phone number is correctly assigned
  • Ensure Retell API key is valid
  • Check your account balance for voice credits

GHL Tools Not Working

If agents can't access GHL data:

  • Verify GHL connection is active in Settings
  • Check that the sub-account is linked to a GHL location
  • Ensure required GHL permissions are granted
  • Try reconnecting the GHL account

Booking Failures

If appointments aren't being booked:

  • Check calendar availability in GHL
  • Verify calendar is assigned to the agent
  • Ensure timezone settings are correct
  • Check for calendar booking rules conflicts

Poor Call Quality

If calls sound robotic or cut out:

  • Check your internet connection stability
  • Try a different voice model
  • Reduce prompt complexity
  • Contact support if issues persist
